Here at Noah's Cafe we support disadvantaged adults to develop work-based skills within a real business environment. We train individuals in skills that promote independence

Noah's Cafe is an inspiring place that gives practical bite-sized training in food preparation and hospitality. We are based at the Saffron Walden Community Resource Centre. Our staff team offer hands-on training and advice enabling disadvantaged adults to reach their goals.
Our team produces Café-style food, hot lunches, light snacks, buffets and sandwiches for local businesses. The team maintains the high standards of cleanliness and health and safety of the Woodland Multi- Purpose Centre. Our aim is to support service users in gaining experience that could lead to local paid employment in the future.
We are passionate about reducing discrimination and promoting equal opportunities in the community. All profits are reinvested back into Essex Cares to develop and improve the service we offer our customers. By using us you are supporting disadvantaged adults to acquire the skills and experience to achieve further independence.
