Thorough training provided
All employees undertake full and thorough training and are subject to criminal records bureau checks ensuring that all service users are in the safest possible hands. Accredited by City and Guilds, the Essex Cares Accredited Training Centre provides staff with mandatory, developmental and specialist training and inductions including NVQs.
All elements of our service delivery are underpinned by the workforce implementing the principles of dignity, choice, respect and empowerment for service users.
In 2011 Essex Cares will be an accredited Investors in People organisaion.
