Our Mental Health Day Centres provide services to adults with mental health conditions such as Dementia, Schizophrenia, Depression and Addictions.

The support given to you in our Day Centres aims to help you continue living independently within your own home and your community, with services tailored specifically to your requirements.

Our Day Centres provide a whole range of day time activities and services from arts and crafts to cooking and games. You can choose to attend a day centre to access a particular activity or even spend the entire day at a centre accessing activities, socialising and having a mid-day meal.
