Telecare services

Easy Read Version

Essex Cares offers a professional 24 hour Telecare response service to ensure that you always feel safe in your own home using equipment that can detect things such as falls, inactivity, smoke or gas.

Telecare products provide home support for elderly people in Essex, including bed sensors, door exit sensors, medication dispensers, smoke alarms and flood detectors, which are linked to a control centre.

These independent living aids can help to restore your confidence about living at home independently. They also give carers and families peace of mind and reassurance that should an incident occur they will be aware of it.

Our fully trained staff are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to respond and be at your home as soon as an emergency call is made.

With this service you can feel more secure and safe within your home knowing that someone will always respond. The service also takes the pressure off the emergency services, such as ambulances and paramedics, where problems can be resolved before their help is needed.

If you would like further information about how our Telecare response service in Essex could help you, please contact us on: 01277 228254.
