  • Socialise and make friends.
  • Enjoy a 2 course meal with company.Enjoy games, dance, sing, reminiscence, or just a chat.

Home Share day support aims to support individuals in retaining or learning new skills in order to remain living independently within their community, as well as giving them the confidence to start enjoying themselves again with the reassurance that someone will always be there. Home Share is particularly suited to individuals who have low/moderate needs & who may have recently moved to the area or have been recently bereaved or live on their own & need help to reduce social isolation.

  • The price is £34.50 per day including VAT.
  • There will also be an additional cost of £4.50 to pay direct to the host carer each day you attend, to cover the cost of a lunchtime meal.

Customers also need to arrange their own transport to & from the host carer.
